I seem to come to this place for a lot of answers! (LOL!)<br>I'm considering cashing in on my Motorola 401K investment. Anyone out there who knows about this stuff: How much income tax does the government take out if someone under retirement age cashes in on a 401? Something tells me that it would be stupid for me to do this because the figure of 40% sticks out in my mind. Is it true? Will the IRS deduct 40% of my 401 if I disburse the funds to myself?
